This project involves the development and optimization of the digital interface for Sheraton Towers Singapore, a luxury icon located on Scotts Road. Our primary focus was creating a digital bridge that connects Sheraton's five-star service standards with seamless information access for business travelers and high-end tourists. We designed a layout that highlights the elegance of the ballrooms, award-winning dining facilities, and a reservation system integrated with Marriott Global's infrastructure, ensuring every user interaction feels personalized and efficient.
The main challenge was managing a vast volume of information—from detailed room types to extensive meeting facilities (MICE)—without compromising page load speed. Additionally, we had to ensure that design elements remained aligned with Marriott's strict global branding guidelines while maintaining a unique local Singaporean touch to appeal to both domestic and international markets.
We implemented a Modular Design structure using PHP Native to provide full flexibility in content management without the overhead of heavy frameworks. We optimized the asset management system to intelligently handle high-resolution photo galleries (Adaptive Images). Furthermore, we simplified the navigation hierarchy so that crucial information such as hotel location, fitness center facilities, and access to Orchard Road shopping can be found within a maximum of two clicks.
This update successfully improved user navigation efficiency and strengthened Sheraton Towers' image as a premier destination for business travelers in Singapore. The website now performs more stably on mobile devices, contributing to an increase in inquiries for wedding packages and business meetings, while providing a more transparent and faster room booking experience for Marriott Bonvoy loyalists.
