The main challenge was converting website visitors into restaurant guests (reservations). The previous site had a menu navigation that was difficult to access on mobile devices, even though the majority of customers search for dining spots via phone while on the go. Additionally, presenting the "unlimited" menu concept clearly without cluttering the page was a unique design challenge.
We built the website architecture with a Mobile-First approach. The restaurant menu was separated into interactive, lightweight tabs, allowing customers to view steak and side options quickly. We optimized third-party reservation system integration to sync with strategic Call-to-Action (CTA) buttons. Using PHP Native allowed us to create a very lightweight backend system, ensuring access speeds of under 2 seconds for optimal user experience.
